Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

ClearSource Communications respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. A press release guide request collects your email address, any optional name you provide, and your optional email-marketing preference. Form entries are stored in our WordPress website database. Our website and hosting services may also process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to operate and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries and provide requested resources. Requesting the guide does not require consent to marketing emails. If you choose to receive occasional emails, we may send relevant news or offers. Authorized team members and service providers supporting our website, hosting, and email may process information needed to provide those services. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop marketing emails or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing shannon@clearsourcecommunications.com.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, referral sources, and interactions such as successful inquiry submissions, guide requests, and contact-link clicks. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information about your browser, device, and website activity. This information is processed by Google; it is not limited to our hosting account. We do not send submitted names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message text in our custom analytics events. Google signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in our website tracking configuration. We do not use session-replay recording. You can manage cookies through your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. WordPress also uses cookies for functions such as authorized administrator sign-in.

Spam protection

Our forms use built-in validation and a hidden anti-spam field to help reject automated submissions. We do not currently use Cloudflare Turnstile on these forms.
